Receipt by you of an order confirmation sent by Box Of Goth does not constitute our acceptance of an order.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or uncontrollable forces, for which we will not be responsible. Please see our Delivery Information page for further information.

In order to enter into a contract with Box Of Goth you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank accepted by us.
Box Of Goth accepts payment via Stripe Form and Paypal. Where payment is made using Stripe your payment shall be processed by Stripe and will be subject to their terms and conditions. Please ensure that you read the Stripe terms carefully as Box Of Goth is not responsible for and shall have no liability to you for such terms. All payments shall be made in pounds sterling (£GBP) and payment is only accepted from the following cards: MasterCard, Visa and Maestro. When ordering, your card details are secure. Box Of Goth does not retain your card data.

Box Of Goth retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you via email and we will confirm the identity of the party with which you have contracted (Box Of Goth). When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. All prices advertised are subject to change.
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed. Box Of Goth reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, or any part thereof, even after your receipt of an order confirmation from Box Of Goth, for any reason whatsoever. Box Of Goth also reserves the right to limit the number of items ordered and to refuse service to you without prior notification.

The Service may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. All prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'. All prices displayed on the Services are quoted in G.B.P.

Discount codes may from time to time be offered to account holders which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this Website. Such codes may only be applied to purchases made through the account in respect of which the discount code was offered and registered. The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue.

Box Of Goth reserves the right to restrict delivery to addresses within or outside of the United Kingdom. The risk of loss and title for product(s) purchased by you pass to you upon our delivery of the product(s) to the carrier

You have the right as a consumer to cancel a Contract at any time within seven days, beginning on the day after you received the Products. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Neither party shall have any remedy in respect of any untrue statement made by the other, whether orally or in writing, prior to the date of any Contract (unless such untrue statement was made fraudulently) and the other party’s only remedy shall be for breach of contract as provided in these terms and conditions.
