All Box of Goth boxes will be available to order as a singular pre-ordered box or pre-order subscription purchase as part of our monthly subscription service to guarantee future Box of Goth boxes. As of February 1st 2023 singular pre-ordered boxes are £28 not inc postage and will collect payment straight away. As of February 1st 2023 NEW subscription payments will be £25 not inc postage (current sub prices will not increase until May 1st 2023) that is taken straight away, then every 31 days from your first subscription purchase each month. The current month's boxes are available to order until the end of that month, unless they are already sold out.

If we still have some in stock after the end of the month we will make them available as a one-off purchases only for £28 from Feb 1st 2023, not inc postage, sent out on our usual delivery date. (Unless stated differently within the product description)

You can cancel your subscription or order at any time. If your current month's order has already processed or dispatched it will be cancelled from the next month's box and no future payments will be taken. if you would to cancel your current order as a subscription or single box purchase, as long as it has not been dispatched just contact us (hi@boxofgoth.com). If you need to update your payment details this can be done via your subscription log in for our site. If you would like to skip a month/s just let us know and we can move payment dates for you. (If you have any issues with anything to do with your account please do not hesitate to contact us). In the event your payment has declined (this could be due to a card expiry), after three tries it will automatically cancel your subscription and you will be sent an email confirming cancellation. Please contact us if or when you would like to re-activate it, or you can do anytime via your account log in.

 DELIVERY (ECONOMY SHIPPING)

Please note this option is only for customers outside of the UK and can only used for one box shipping (ie no more than one box). With this option there is no way to track your order and I unfortunately cannot find out its whereabouts from postal services as they will give no information until a delivery attempt has been made. 

All economy shipping times vary and can take 12+ weeks. In the event your box is sent back to me for whatever reason this can take an additional 4 weeks.

Please keep this in mind when choosing this option. I understand tracked services are high but I pay some of all tracked parcels postage and I do my best to find out where any missing boxes etc are and to make sure you receive your box in good time with that option,  and with economy this is unfortunately not possible. 

Please try to wait the 12 weeks to receive your order as the postal service will not help with the whereabouts of your box with economy shipping until after this period. In the very rare event you do not receive your box by 12 weeks (3 months) please contact hi@boxofgoth.com as so I can look into it. You have 180 days (6 months) from the date your order is shipped to state it has not been received. After this time it will be marked as received and no longer available to refund.

DELIVERY (TRACKED SERVICES)

PRICES MAY DIFFER FOR BOXES SUCH AS THE ADVENT CALENDAR OR ONE-OFF SPECIAL BOXES.

If you have not received any update on your box with your tracking number for 12 working days International & 5 working days in the UK, please contact Hi@boxofgoth.com so we can look into it. You have 180 days (6 months) from the date your order is shipped to state it has not been received. After this time it will be marked as received and no longer available to refund.

All orders will be sent out via a tracked service on the 30th of that month (If the date falls on a Sunday they are sent out the next day) but if we can get them out sooner we will! In the rare event you do not receive your box please contact us and we will investigate and arrange a for new box to be sent to you if need be. Our couriers unfortunately do not cover the Channel Islands, most PO Boxes or BFPO. If you select one of these options you will be contacted for an alternative address unless confirmed okay by the courier. All parcel items are checked before packing and labelling for delivery.

Please tell us if you change address if you are on subscription (you can also change this yourself with your subscription log in, but please be aware if this is after that months order has already processed we will still have your old address for that months box, and it will register on the next months box). Please contact us if you have already had your boxes payment processed with the incorrect address and we will change it for you before dispatch. If your order is returned to us from an old shipping address, and you would like the box to your new address, you may need to pay for shipping again. If you decide not to ship to your new address a refund will be made upon confirmation of the order number. If we pay for a returned box to be re-sent out to you and it is returned to us a second time, an additional shipping fee will be required if you desire your box or a refund will be made on the box not including the shipping fee. In the very rare event you do not receive your box please contact hi@boxofgoth.com as so I can look into it. You have 180 days from the date your order is shipped to state it has not been received. After this time it will be marked as received and no longer available to refund.

DELIVERY WITHIN THE UK

The cost for UK postage for one box is £3.95 via Myhermes (your box may be sent via Royal Mail)- (more than one box will calculate automatically), DPD option is available. Your item/s will be sent via MyHermes courier or Royail Mail and you should expect to receive your parcel within 2-7 working days of dispatch. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email confirming your order has been dispatched. Please keep track of your parcel with your tracking number If you are unavailable at the time of attempted delivery please arrange to collect your parcel from the note provided by the courier. If you do not collect your parcel it will be sent back to us, you may need to pay for shipping again. If we pay for a returned box to be re-sent out to you and it is returned to us a second time, an additional shipping fee will be needing or a refund will be made on the box not including the shipping fee.
 
DELIVERY TO REPUBLIC OF IRELAND- SUSPENDED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE DUE TO ANPOST IRELAND RETURNING PARCELS

The cost for IRELAND postage for one box is £12.50, (more than one box will calculate automatically).  Please note that while I appreciate this is expensive and wish I could make it cheaper or the dream would be free, I still pay some towards each International parcels shipping cost, which as a small business is really tough on the pockets! Your item/s will be sent via Royal Mail and you should expect to receive your parcel within 3-7 working days of dispatch, but this may be longer around busier times. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email confirming your order has been dispatched. Please keep track of your parcel with your tracking number. If you are unavailable at the time of attempted delivery please arrange to collect your parcel from the note provided by the courier. If you do not collect your parcel it will be sent back to us, you may need to pay for shipping again. If we pay for a returned box to be re-sent out to you and it is returned to us a second time, an additional shipping fee will be needing or a refund will be made on the box not including the shipping fee.

The cost for EUROPE postage for one box is between £14.75 depending where (more than one box will calculate automatically). Please note that while I appreciate this is expensive and wish I could make it cheaper or the dream would be free, I still pay some towards each International parcels shipping cost, which as a small business is really tough on the pockets! Your item/s will be sent via Royal Mail International and you should expect to receive your parcel within 3-10 working days of dispatch, but this may be longer around busier times. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email confirming your order has been dispatched. Please keep track of your parcel with your tracking number. If you are unavailable at the time of attempted delivery please arrange to collect your parcel from the note provided by the courier. If you do not collect your parcel it will be sent back to us, you may need to pay for shipping again.If we pay for a returned box to be re-sent out to you and it is returned to us a second time, an additional shipping fee will be needing or a refund will be made on the box not including the shipping fee.
 
DELIVERY FOR THE USA, MEXICO & CANADA

The cost for USA, Mexico & Canada postage for one box is £19.10 USA/MEXICO and £17.95 CANADA (more than one box will calculate automatically). This is because tracked shipping has increased (yet again). Please note that while I appreciate this is expensive and wish I could make it cheaper or the dream would be free, I still pay the additional towards each USA, Mexico and Canada parcels shipping cost, which as a small business is also really tough on my pockets! Your item/s will be sent via Royal Mail/USPS and you should expect to receive your parcel within 7-25 working days of dispatch, but this may be longer around busier times. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email confirming your order has been dispatched. Please keep track of your parcel with your tracking number. If you are unavailable at the time of attempted delivery please arrange to collect your parcel from the note provided by the courier.If you do not collect your parcel it will be sent back to us, you may need to pay for shipping again.If we pay for a returned box to be re-sent out to you and it is returned to us a second time, an additional shipping fee will be needing or a refund will be made on the box not including the shipping fee.
*Please note for this delivery selection- We regret that we cannot cover any Customs charges or Import duties that may incurr when shipping your parcel. The applicable charges may be added to your order upon arrival and the recipient must take full responsibility for payment of said charges. For further information regarding Customs charges we suggest you contact your local Customs Office. 
 
DELIVERY FOR THE REST OF THE WORLD

The cost for REST OF WORLD postage for one box is £18, (more than one box will calculate automatically). If you are ordering from outside the UK, Europe, US, Mexico or Canada, Please select this option. Please note that while we appreciate this is expensive and wish we could make it cheaper or the dream would be free, we do pay some towards each international parcels shipping cost, which as a small business is also tough on our pockets (post is really expensive for parcels!). Your item/s will be sent via Royal Mail or Norsk International and you should expect to receive your parcel within 10-25 working days of dispatch, but this may be longer around busier times. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email confirming your order has been dispatched. Please keep track of your parcel with your tracking number. If you do not collect your parcel it will be sent back to us, you may need to pay for shipping again. If we pay for a returned box to be re-sent out to you and it is returned to us a second time, an additional shipping fee will be needing or a refund will be made on the box not including the shipping fee.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

If your box or items arrive damaged, please just contact us and it will be resolved completely.
Unless your box hasn't yet been dispatched, unfortunately, as our items are made limited, sourced specifically and different for each month of Box of Goth, we do not accept returns or give refunds. We will always happily replace faulty items. We understand that Box of Goth won't be for everyone so please do check out our social media pages, full box contents page, blog pages and pictures, or contact us with any questions or hesitations you may have to see if Box of Goth is for you before purchasing. If your box or items arrive damaged, please just contact us and it will be resolved completely (hi@boxofgoth.com). We do not put items into boxes broken but do understand the journey can get bumpy and things can arrive faulty because of this.

In the event of a replacement, the new item/s will be sent out to you within a maximum of 5 days of confirmation.
