PAYMENTS

All Box of Goth boxes will be available to order as a singular pre-ordered box or pre-order subscription purchase as part of our monthly subscription service to guarantee future Box of Goth boxes. Singular pre-ordered boxes of £24 not inc postage will collect payment straight away. All subscription payments of £23 not inc postage are taken straight away, then every 31 days from your first subscription purchase each month. The current month's boxes are available to order until the end of that month, unless they are already sold out.

If we still have some in stock after the end of the month we will make them available as a one-off purchases only for £25 not inc postage, sent out on our usual delivery date. (Unless stated differently within the product description)

The next month's Box of Goth box will be available as a singular pre-order purchase or subscription sign-up from the from around the 1st of that month. Keep updated via our social media pages. All boxes are based on a first come first served basis due to a limited amount being made and if you are apart of our subscription service you are on the first served basis.

You can cancel your subscription at any time as long as your order for that month's box has not been dispatched. If so, it will be cancelled from the next month's box. If you need to update your payment details this can be done via your subscription log in for our site. If you would like to skip a month/s just let us know and we can move payment dates for you. (If you have any issues with anything to do with your account please do not hesitate to contact us). In the event your payment has declined (this could be due to a card expiry) you may be contacted by one of our team.
 

DELIVERY

All orders will be sent out on the 28th of that month (If the date falls on a Sunday they are sent out the next day). In the rare event you do not receive your box please contact our team who will investigate and arrange a for new box to be sent to you. Our couriers unfortunately do not cover the Channel Islands, most PO Boxes or BFPO. If you select one of these options you will be contacted for an alternative address unless confirmed okay by the courier. All parcel items are checked before packing and labeling for delivery.

Please tell us if you change address if you are on subscription (you can also change this yourself with your subscription log in). If your order is returned to us from an old shipping address, and you would like the box to your new address, you may need to pay for shipping again. If you decide not to ship to your new address a refund will be made upon confirmation of the order number. If we pay for a returned box to be re-sent out to you and it is returned to us a second time, a refund will be made on the box not including the shipping fee.

DELIVERY WITHIN THE UK
Your item/s will be sent via MyHermes courier or Royail Mail and you should expect to receive your parcel within 2-5 working days of dispatch. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email confirming your order has been dispatched (any free box giveaways may or may not be sent via a fully traceable service). If you are unavailable at the time of attempted delivery please arrange to collect your parcel from the note provided by the courier. If you do not collect your parcel it will be sent back to us and a refund will be made upon confirmation of the order number.
 
DELIVERY TO REPUBLIC OF IRELAND
 
Your item/s will be sent via Royal Mail and you should expect to receive your parcel within 3-7 working days of dispatch. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email confirming your order has been dispatched (any free box giveaways may or may not be sent via a fully traceable service). If you are unavailable at the time of attempted delivery please arrange to collect your parcel from the note provided by the courier. If you do not collect your parcel it will be sent back to us and a refund will be made upon confirmation of the order number.
 
DELIVERY WITHIN EUROPE
Your item/s will be sent via Royal Mail International and you should expect to receive your parcel within 3-10 working days of dispatch. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email confirming your order has been dispatched (any free box giveaways may or may not be sent via a fully traceable service due to fluctuation in weight and price for parcels outside of the UK). If you are unavailable at the time of attempted delivery please arrange to collect your parcel from the note provided by the courier. If you do not collect your parcel it will be sent back to us and a refund will be made upon confirmation of the order number.
 
DELIVERY FOR THE US, MEXICO & CANADA
Your item/s will be sent via Royal Mail International and you should expect to receive your parcel within 5-15 working days of dispatch. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email confirming your order has been dispatched (any free box giveaways may or may not be sent via a fully traceable service due to fluctuation in weight and price for parcels outside of the UK). If you are unavailable at the time of attempted delivery please arrange to collect your parcel from the note provided by the courier. If you do not collect your parcel it will be sent back to us and a refund will be made upon confirmation of the order number.
*Please note for this delivery selection- We regret that we cannot cover any Customs charges or Import duties that may incurr when shipping your parcel. The applicable charges may be added to your order upon arrival and the recipient must take full responsibility for payment of said charges. For further information regarding Customs charges we suggest you contact your local Customs Office. 
 
DELIVERY FOR THE REST OF THE WORLD
If you are ordering from outside the UK, Europe, US, Mexico or Canada, Please select this option.Your item/s will be sent via Royal Mail  International and you should expect to receive your parcel within 5-15 working days of dispatch. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email confirming your order has been dispatched (any free box giveaways may or may not be sent via a fully traceable service due to fluctuation in weight and price for parcels outside of the UK). If you are unavailable at the time of attempted delivery please arrange to collect your parcel from the note provided by the courier. If you do not collect your parcel it will be sent back to us and a refund will be made upon confirmation of the order number.

RETURNS

If your box or items arrive damaged, please just contact us and it will be resolved completely.
Unless your box hasn't yet been dispatched, unfortunately, as our items are made limited, sourced specifically and different for each month of Box of Goth, we do not accept returns. We will always happily replace faulty items. We understand that Box of Goth won't be for everyone so please do check out our social media pages, full box contents page, blog pages and pictures, or contact us with any questions or hesitations you may have to see if Box of Goth is for you before purchasing. If your box or items arrive damaged, please just contact us and it will be resolved completely (hi@boxofgoth.com). We do not put items into boxes broken but do understand the journey can get bumpy and things can arrive faulty because of this.

In the event of a replacement, the new item/s will be sent out to you within a maximum of 5 days of confirmation.
